Yes, there are three different courses to choose from. All involve climbing the beautiful hills in and around San Benito County. The Epic and Primal rides are designed for advanced riders. The Day Tripper ride is suited to the gravel curious and e-bike riders. Please choose the ride that best suits your ability level.

No, each course has a specific start time:
We do not reveal the routes until the week before the event out of respect for the private landowners. However, many hints and communications will provide all the information needed to choose the correct equipment for a successful ride. Routes will be posted on our website and available at packet pickup.
Official packet pick up is at Off The Chain Bikes in Hollister June 1-5th. We will also have 6am pick-up on the day of. However, please be aware that you may miss your start time due to long lines.
The ride will take place rain or shine. Please check the weather and prepare accordingly.
No, riders must obey all rules of the road and posted road signs when on Cienega Road. Please be aware of traffic at all times.
In certain locations, there may be course or safety personnel posted at key locations along the route. Please follow their instructions when required. It is still the rider's responsiblity to know the route by following course arrows and/or the map tool.
There will be 2 aid stations on the Epic and Primal courses and 1 on the Day Tripper course to help riders get proper hydration and nutrition. We will also have mechanical support from volunteer mechanics and local bicycle shops.
Registration is limited to 600 riders.
Yes, all routes are patrolled by SAG vehicles. When the course closes, any riders still on the course will be picked up by SAG and transported to the finish line.
There will be an official finish line where volunteers will welcome riders as they finish and guide them to The Overlook Restaurant (for pre-paid lunches) or to the festival area, which will feature food trucks, a bar, and exciting displays. Live music will be featured from 3-6pm. The venue will close at 7pm.
